DanceAbility is a dance class for mixed abilities in an inclusive environment. You do not have to do anything you do not want to do and you can watch as your participation. We do not learn choreography and rely heavily on improvisational movement and interpretation. You may sit for all or part of the class. ALL PEOPLE CAN DANCE.
