Book Reviews

As my books are being made available to a wider audience, beyond just my website and cozy local  bookshops,  I become increasingly aware of how important book reviews can be. Sure, a brief synopsis and sample snippets from the pages will pique potential readers’ interest, but not in the same way that a written review or personal recommendation from someone who has actually read the book will.

Not only for potential readers, though, thoughtful & heartfelt reviews (even if just a few words) bring big writerly benefits for me. This is how I get to build a relationship with you, my audience, and actually can get to engage with you if you’d like.  So … if you have a few minutes, please know that I am truly grateful for whatever you might have to say about any of my offerings. And if you have already, please accept my Big Thanks!  Let me know if I’m stirring up old memories, bringing tears to your eyes, or tickling your funny bone.  I’d love to hear from you.

Here are some places you can leave a review, if you’re so inclined … and if not, I hope you’ll stay interested enough to consider my next little poetry collection, tentatively titled Tributaries.
